Our Vision .

Our goal is to process over-abundant food provided by growers and processors in the Wenatchee Valley and distribute the dried food to established Christian relief organizations that in turn offer it, along with the gospel to those who suffer from hunger.

More than 800 million people in the world go hungry. In developing countries, 6 million children die each year, mostly from hunger- related causes. If you find those statistics troublesome, think about this...the food to keep our world fed is available. Unfortunately, a huge quantity of that food is being thrown in the trash...wasted ...unavailable to the hungry who need it most! That's why Gleaners exists.
